Terms of Service of DokiChat AI
These terms set out the rules for using DokiChat AI. They are written to be readable, and they apply to every visitor of the site.

1. Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and DokiChat AI regarding your use of dokichat-ai.com and everything published on it.
2. Acceptance of the terms
By opening any page of DokiChat AI you accept these terms in full. If any part is unacceptable to you, please leave the site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or older where your local law sets a higher threshold, to use DokiChat AI.
4. Nature of the service
DokiChat AI provides fictional companion characters for conversation and entertainment. It is not a dating service, a matchmaking service or a counselling service.
5. Fictional characters
Every companion presented on DokiChat AI is invented. Names, ages, locations, biographies and photographs are created for the site and depict no real individual.
6. No professional advice
Nothing written by a companion is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it must never be treated as a substitute for a qualified professional.
7. Emergency situations
DokiChat AI cannot help in an emergency. If you or someone else is at risk, contact local emergency services or a recognised support line immediately.
8. Account responsibility
Where access details are issued, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for everything done through them.
9. Accurate information
Information you provide to DokiChat AI must be accurate and must not impersonate another person or organisation.
10. Acceptable use
You agree to use DokiChat AI lawfully and not to harass, threaten, defraud or harm others through it.
11. Prohibited content
You may not submit content that is illegal, that involves minors in any sexual context, that promotes violence or hatred, or that infringes the rights of others.
12. No automated access
Scraping, crawling for reuse, automated message generation and similar techniques are not permitted without written permission.
13. Interference
Attempting to disrupt, overload, probe or reverse engineer DokiChat AI or its infrastructure is prohibited.
14. Intellectual property
The design, text, imagery, characters and code of DokiChat AI belong to the operator or its licensors and are protected by law.
15. Limited licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view the site for private, non-commercial purposes only.
16. Your content
You keep ownership of what you write, and you grant us the permission needed to process it so that the conversation can function.
17. Feedback
Suggestions you send about DokiChat AI may be used freely and without obligation or compensation.
18. Pricing and paid features
Where paid options exist, prices, inclusions and billing intervals are shown before purchase and apply only once confirmed by you.
19. Renewals and cancellation
Recurring options continue until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges and does not automatically reverse a completed one.
20. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the rules displayed at the moment of purchase and any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
21. Availability
We aim to keep DokiChat AI reachable at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
22. Changes to the service
Features, companions and pages may be added, altered or withdrawn as the project develops.
23. Third-party links
Links to external services are offered for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
24. Disclaimer of warranties
DokiChat AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
25. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
26. Indemnity
You agree to hold DokiChat AI harmless against claims that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.
27. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access where these terms are broken or where continued access would create legal or security risk.
28. Severability and waiver
If a clause is found unenforceable the remainder stays in force, and not enforcing a right on one occasion does not waive it.
29. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, and disputes will be handled by the courts competent there.
